WHAT'S NEW:
Customer-Based Map Layers: Groups can now show map layers based on the Customer(s) on a ticket, making it easier to see the most relevant information. [Learn More]
Display in Message Template Legend for Sketch Tools: A new checkbox lets admins and users control which sketch tools appear in the sketch legend for PDF and email outputs. Works for existing and new sketch tools, keeping the legend neat and on a single page.
Enhanced DIRT Form with Flex Fields: A new version of the DIRT form adds extra flex fields to meet customer submission needs.
Insights Risk Score Details Update: The Insights view is simplified—natural language explanations are now in the renamed Insights Risk Score Details, and unnecessary labels/actions have been removed.
Keyword Search in Tickets: Search tickets by specific keywords or phrases directly in the Advanced Search. [Learn More]
Reprocess Tickets Action: Designated users can now manually re-run Auto Processing rules on multiple tickets at once from the Full Web Ticket Summary.
WHAT'S IMPROVED:
Removal of Insights AI Risk Factors & Clearing Factors: We’ve removed both features to simplify the experience and focus on what brings the most value to you.
Standardized “Email this Ticket” Subject Line: Emails now have a consistent subject line format.
User Update Enhancements with Person ID: Administrators can now update users using the Person ID as External ID/Item ID without opening individual records, and the field is included in the default upload template.
