Change color of ticket based on classification

Implement color‑coding for locate tickets based on additional classification criteria. For example, High‑Profile locates would appear in the ticket summary with a distinct, user‑selectable background color. This would provide a clear visual distinction between High‑Profile and standard locates, similar to the existing red background used for Emergency locates.
