WHAT'S NEW: 

• Standardized Latitude & Longitude in Ticket Text: A new line will be added to the bottom of ticket text displaying latitude and longitude in a clear, standardized “Latitude, Longitude” format to simplify copying coordinates. This update applies only to the ONOC and INFO-EX one-call centers currently. 
• CDC & Facility-specific Photo AI Model Selection: You can now apply different Photo AI models to tickets based on registration code (CDC), facility type, or a combination of both. This enhancement replaces the single‑model approach, ensuring tickets use the most appropriate AI model for their context. [Learn More]. 

WHAT'S IMPROVED: 

• Full NMEA GGA Capture from Device Location Services: Device location services will be enhanced to ingest the full NMEA GGA sentence, rather than only latitude and longitude, when populating Work Item fields. The feature also introduces a new GPS Device button in the App Designer, allowing the field to be displayed and used directly within forms. [Learn More] 

• Smart Score Ticket Warning Statements: Smart Scoring now supports applying configurable warning statements to tickets when defined conditions are met. Administrators can add warnings using existing Smart Score rule criteria, and users will see these warnings prominently displayed at the top of Ticket Details, including combined tickets. WHAT'S FIXED: 

• Map Annotation Delete Action Restored: We fixed an issue where map annotations could not be deleted while in edit mode, particularly when zoomed in. Selecting the delete option now consistently removes the annotation instead of expanding it. This also resolves an issue where the behavior could become stuck on a user account once triggered.
