When I've created a View in the Classic version it has included several Ticket Status options (Pending, Ongoing, Watch & Protect, Reschedule) but when I open the View in the new version it's not showing the multiple choices I've selected in the Classic Mode.
Also, in the New version, it won't allow me to select multiple options for Ticket Status in the search option.
Okay, I refreshed back to the New version and the multiple Ticket Status options are showing up. Not sure if maybe I had other option listed at the top next to the Column button. I'll keep checking to see if maybe this is a user issue :)
