VERSION: 2026.07

A blue and white star AI-generated content may be incorrect.

WHAT'S NEW:

  • Scheduled Form Generation with Daily LimitsYou can now automatically generate a set number of forms each day using Process Automation. Administrators can define how many forms are created and schedule when the rule runs, giving you more control over automated workflows and prioritization.

  • Ticket Summary Enhancements (Photo AI Fields): We’ve added new columns to the Ticket Summary screen to display Photo AI-related information more clearly.

A blue and white star with white lines AI-generated content may be incorrect.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

  • Performance Enhancements Across Key ProcessesWe’ve improved performance across several high-impact areas, including message queue loading, billing calculations, form data sources, and audit reconciliation. These updates help reduce system load and improve overall responsiveness.

A white spider with x marks on it AI-generated content may be incorrect.

WHAT'S FIXED:

  • Corrected Photo AI Pass/Fail Evaluation Logic: We fixed an issue where tickets could incorrectly pass Photo AI review when most photos failed validation. The system now correctly requires both minimum photo count and percentage thresholds to be met before a ticket passes.

  • Resolved Ticket Export Missing Columns: We fixed an issue where selected columns (such as Division and Region) were not appearing in exported files. All selected fields now consistently display in export outputs.

  • Work Item Import Handling for Canadian Provinces: We resolved an issue where imports could fail when Canadian provinces or states were included. Work Item Import now properly supports these values.

  • Rotational Dialing Holiday Notification Behavior: We fixed an inconsistency where holiday-based notification rules did not trigger as expected during business hours. Holiday behavior now aligns with weekend logic and triggers correctly regardless of time window.

  • Improved Ticket Parsing and One Call Center Compatibility: We addressed multiple parsing and one call center-related issues, including formatting inconsistencies, XML handling, and API updates to ensure more reliable ticket processing.

  • Enhanced Comment and Attachment Handling: We resolved issues related to comment validation requirements and added support for optional .txt attachments with timestamping for responses.

  • Resolved Ticket Text and Remarks Formatting: We fixed an issue where remarks were not displaying correctly in ticket text for certain formats.
