  • VUPS JSON Ticket DeliveryVUPS now supports delivering tickets in JSON format, giving partners a more flexible option for receiving ticket data. 


WHAT'S IMPROVED:

  • Sketch Cloud Upload and Export ReliabilityResolved an issue where sketches were failing to upload to the cloud or export properly, improving reliability for users working with sketches. 
  • POCS UpdatesUpdated POCS parsing and responses to handle upcoming changes to POCS formats. 


WHAT'S FIXED: 

  • Work Item Photo DisplayFixed an issue causing photo orientation errors and incorrectly grouped attachment photos in Work Items, so photos now display correctly and are grouped by section. 

  • Auto-Processing Clear Response TimingFixed an issue where auto-processing was not applying the Clear response after the 4-hour recommendation window, ensuring tickets are processed as expected. 

  • Contract Locator “Leave Open” Rule ReliabilityFixed an issue causing the Contract Locator “Leave Open” rule to intermittently and incorrectly close tickets, improving the consistency of automated rule responses. 

  • Message Template Print-to-PDF FailureFixed an issue where message templates containing a Related Items field caused Print to PDF to fail. 

  • Configure Layer Attributes Error MessagingFixed an issue where a generic error message was hiding the actual map-server error when configuring layer attributes, making problems easier to diagnose. 

  • Multi-Work Item Shapefile ExportFixed an issue where exporting shapefiles for multiple work items did not include data in the downloaded file. 

  • New Web Ticket Response Save FailureFixed an issue where new ticket responses failed to save when submitted through the web iframe. 

  • Auto-Process Rule Lookup PerformanceImproved the performance of the auto-process rule lookup query, reducing excessive CPU usage and easing database contention.
