Emergency Ticket Confirmation Notifications for Dispatch: Dispatch users can now be notified automatically when an acknowledged emergency ticket has had no follow-up action within a configurable time threshold. The ticket's Call Status is set to "Needs Confirmation" and an Email or SMS notification is sent to dispatch, so a potentially abandoned emergency assignment can be followed up on right away. Notification content is configurable and can include the ticket identifier, a link to the ticket details, and assignee and supervisor contact information.
Photo AI Pass/Fail Evaluation: Photo AI can now evaluate submitted photos against pass/fail criteria and return a result, giving reviewers an automatic first-pass assessment of whether a photo meets requirements.
Linkable "Map Ref" Field on Work Items: The Map Ref field on Work Items can now be configured as a clickable link, allowing users to open the referenced map resource directly from the Work Item instead of copying the value elsewhere.
WHAT'S IMPROVED:
Ticket Data Retention for UDIGNY Tickets: added Ticket details received through the newer UDIGNY one-call interface is now stored with the ticket record, so the full incoming ticket text remains available to locators and customers even though the newer interface does not use the legacy file storage locations.
WHAT'S FIXED:
Work Item Attachment Timestamps: Fixed an issue where time zone conversion was applied twice to Work Item attachment timestamps, causing the time shown on the Attachments tab to differ from the History tab for users outside the Eastern time zone. Attachment timestamps now display the correct time, adjusted once for the user's time zone, and match the History tab.
Work Item Upload Not Populating Response Form Fields: Fixed an issue where importing work items through Upload Work Items created the work items but left several mapped fields on Feedback Response forms empty, including text fields, Yes/No responses, and multiple-choice selections. All mapped fields from the upload template now populate on the created work items.
Auto-Processing into Deleted Folders: Fixed an issue where Auto Folder Placement and Auto-Process Override Rules could route tickets into a folder that had been deleted, leaving those tickets effectively unassigned and at risk of going unaddressed. Deleted folders are no longer available as assignment targets, and rules now place tickets only in valid, active folders.
Form Images Displaying with Large Black Borders: Fixed an issue where photos uploaded to certain forms were resized and displayed within a large black background area instead of at their intended size. Uploaded photos now render at the correct size without excess empty space.
Coordinate Reading from Field Photos: Corrected how Photo AI reads location coordinates from photos captured in the field, so coordinate values extracted from images are recorded accurately in UtiliSphere.
Crash when Adding Photos: Fixed an issue where the application could freeze and then close unexpectedly when a user selected the option to add a photo. Photos can now be added without interruption.
Infinite Loop when Signing In with Microsoft: Fixed an issue where users signing in through "Login with Microsoft" were caught in an endless redirect loop when a login banner message was configured. Sign-in now completes normally with a banner message in place.
Creating or Editing Forms with a Map Layer Link: Fixed an issue that prevented a form containing a map layer link from being created or modified. Forms with map layer links can now be saved as expected.
Maryland Positive Response Rejected for Missing Status Comment: Fixed an issue where a Maryland positive response was rejected by the center with "Status requires Status Comment" when additional response information contained a phone number and response notes were left blank. Additional response information is now mapped to the required comments field in the outgoing message, so the response is accepted.
Ticket Parsing with a Missing Host Identifier: Fixed an issue in ticket parsing where a record arriving without a host identifier was not handled gracefully. Parsing now exits cleanly in that case instead of failing.
