Is there any way when we are receiving notifications like emergency tickets, or tickets coming due that they could be in Central time?

Has there been any movement on this or any resolutions? We are still receiving notifications in eastern time zone versus our standard time zone of Central. This is highly problematic, especially due to the eastern time giving an extra hour for a response that Doesn't reflect the actual due time of the one call locate.

As an administrator i would like to see each areas tickets in their time zone. Just pigging backing off this submission.
