Add Smart Score to Power BI Reporting

It would be beneficial and positively impact all customers who currently utilize Smart Score to have Smart Score added as a metric in live and/or historical Power BI environments.

We’re excited to share that Smart Scoring is now available for reporting in Utilisphere’s Power BI dashboards!

Because every organization’s needs are a little different, this feature requires light configuration before it can be enabled. If you're interested, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager or Sales Executive with the following:

  1. The specific Smart Scores you’d like included in reporting (please avoid selecting “all” unless necessary)

  2. The Ticket Custom Properties you want to track (you can search “custom” in the Ticket Summary field selector to see what’s available)

Once we receive those details, we’ll get to work setting up Smart Scoring for your environment.
