Allow a Company Administrator to create an Alias for a one call center code in UtiliSphere.

As a Company Administrator, I would like the ability to rename a one call center code in UtiliSphere, so it associates to the current one call center name.
As a Company Administrator, I want the ability to run a report and have the current one call center name represented in the report.
As a Company Administrator, when exporting data from Utilisphere, I want to see the current one call center name.
As a Company Administrator, when using the Ticket API, I want to see the current one call center name as a field in the returned results.
As a Company Administrator, when using PowerBI, I want to see the current one call center name when running a report.
