There is currently the option to export tickets from the ticket summary screen to HTML or Text File. It would be helpful to have the option to export to CSV as this is a commonly used file type. This would remove the extra steps related to exporting as one of the other file types and converting or copy/pasting the information into an excel spreadsheet.

Thanks for the suggestion, Paige. This feature is planned to be available in the Utilisphere Web 2.0 product once it's made available.
