Include Notification Type in Ticket History for Queued and Delivered Items.

When viewing the history of a ticket and seeing ticket Queued, include the type of notification and the destination. 


For Example:

Today:

2/25/2025 4:16:10 AM: Ticket Queued 

DETAILS: Ticket queued for delivery


Request:

2/25/2025 4:16:10 AM: Ticket Queued  

DETAILS: Ticket Due Time Queued for delivery to abc@company.com
