When configuring Auto-Processing Rules, the system currently allows for rules to apply under the following conditions/time frames:
Step 5: Specify when this auto folder placement should be applied
Any time
During business hours (Monday thru Friday)
During off hours (Monday thru Friday) and weekends
Custom
This is limiting because the system can be customized to have various holidays and specific configurations elsewhere, but routing tickets to another folder or assignment during holiday seasons would better enhance the overall functionality of the software.
