I think there needs to be an enhancement in Due Time Overrides settings. Currently, it only allows for hours overrides. Many states have moved to two full business days overrides ignoring the hours. For example, Louisiana law says for a regular ticket, it is due at 7:00AM after two full business days not counting the day the ticket was submitted. Right now, there is no way to configure for this in the Override settings if we don't want to use the Ticket due time. The reason we don't want to use Louisiana's Ticket Due Time is because they allow dynamic start date but we would prefer to keep our due time of 2 full business days, and the only way to keep up with that is for Irthnet's Due Time Overrides to be able to configure correctly.
