Auto processing tickets based on excavator and keyword

Need a way to direct tickets by an excavator and contained work done for 'X' to a particular folder? 


Done in 3 Steps


TICKET SAMPLE:

EXAMPLE: 

COMPANY= Your Company  EXCAVATOR=KING SURVEYORS  Done for: AFFLACK PARK PROJECT  (Turn on keyword highlighting)


STEP 1 

Set up Keywords for the Excavator 

  • 1. Administration>Ticket Management>Keywords>Add a Keyword (this is simply an identifier - if you have multiples you could just enter Excavators)


  • 2. Add a Keyword Item- this is anything that you want to isolate as a key


See below - this is adding other keyword items


Do the same process for 'Done For'--- 


Done for: AFFLACK PARK PROJECT




STEP 2

Now, set the folder placement rule to Auto Process

Go to Ticket Management>Auto-Processing>Add an Auto Folder Placement Item 

the system will always process in this order--- Auto Response, Auto Folder Placement, Auto Assignment














STEP 3

Now, set up the Notification that the ticket is there - Action Trigger

Ticket Notification>Ticket Put in Folder Notification
