CONTRACT LOCATORS


When adding contract locators there are 3 things to consider : 

1. Who is responding to Center if response is required

2. Are there attachments included

3. Should they respond to Excavator


Adding a Contractor

Step 1. 

Add the contractor 


Step 2.

Generate a Contractor Response Information Report.  This provides the contractor with the codes for each Center and the responses you have configured in Utilisphere as well as an authentication code needed to respond.

Send this to the Contract Locator


Step 3.

Identify  your environment -

Do you login to irth.com?  Send the Customer Guide to Response Protocol  Contractor settings-irth.com 

Do you login to cl.irth.com? Send the Customer Guide to Response Protocol  Contractor settings-clirth.com
