Irth has created a standard app for the ease of uploading to the CGA’s Damage Information Reporting Tool (DIRT). This integration aims to increase efficiency and improve compliance and reporting with regulatory requirements. It also provides consistency with reporting and enhanced accuracy to maintain quality and streamlining processes. Overall, removing manual processes and providing this option in Utilisphere can assist our customers to become more streamlined, efficient, and effective, positioning them for greater success and adaptability in a competitive environment.
This new feature allows you to do the following:
- Upload or use UtiliSphere's API to get damage data into UtiliSphere if the client has an existing system
- Or clients can use UtiliSphere to fully to manage their damage processes if they don't have an existing system
- Create Process Automation rules to determine the damages that get sent to DIRT
- A webhook that translates your damage data into DIRT format and submits to DIRT
