2023.9 

Add Links to Ticket Details to XML Exports  

When requesting an Irthnet Standard XML report, you can now include a link to the ticket details of the tickets in the report.

Allow Ticket Closure when Pictures are Added Prior to or During Response  

There is a new option on responses to “Allow attachment prior to response.” This option only displays if “Require Attachment” is checked. 

The "Allow attachment prior to response" option checks if the locator has already added an attachment to the ticket. If an attachment has already been added, then the system does not require an attachment when adding the response.

Internal 

Prevent Delete This User 

Irth canow remove the Delete User feature from the Administration part of the Irth system and from the main Irth system. The user's group must have the ModifyUser permission enabled. This feature also requires the "Company users can only be disabled" toggle.

2023.10 

Add Global Fields (Mapped to Ticket or Item Fields) to Workload Summary 

In Workload Manager, you can now add a global field and map it to any form or ticket field, add it to a Screen Configuration, and have it appear on the Workload Summary screen

Billing Rate Table for Billing Adjudication  

You can now create a rate table based on registration codes and identify billing for a dual notice.

Workload Manager Tickets Display a Pin Centered in the Relevant State when Geocoded Information is Absent  

In the Workload Manager, tickets without a geocode display a pin in the center of the state.

Restrict User from Responding to a Ticket Not Assigned to Them  

The system now allows users to be prevented from responding to tickets that are not assigned to them. 

 

If a Feature Does not Appear 

Not all features are visible on the system’s screens. Also, not all features appear automatically when changes are made. If a feature that you are interested in does not appear, contact your company administrator for assistance.
