Adding notes must be turned on in the OPTIONS
When option is on, this box will display in the response screen
*IF THE POSITIVE RESPONSE PROFILE IS INCOMPLETE IT MEANS THAT NO RESPONSES CAN BE ENTERED ON TICKETS
IMPORTANT TO KNOW-
Bracket coding exists to provide additional information in a response - see below
- [Addl Msg] picks up the additional message box from the response closing screen
- [Assigned To] picks up the locator that marked the response in the system
- [Callback] provides the contact number of the locator in the system profile
