Purpose/Overview
In this article, you will learn how to use the Quick Links feature to save and access your most frequently visited screens. Quick Links help you navigate faster, stay organized, and reduce the time spent searching through menus. This feature is intended for all users who want to streamline their workflows and improve productivity.
Navigation Path:
To access this feature, click the star icon on the main menu bar of screens that allow Quick Link access.
Things to Know:
- Page Restrictions: Some screens (such as most Details screens) cannot be added. If a screen is not eligible, the "Add to Quick Links" option will not appear.
- Ordering: Newly added Quick Links appear at the top of the list. The order cannot be changed.

How It Works:
Follow these steps to add or remove Quick Links:
Add a Quick Link
- Go to the screen you want to save.
- On the top menu bar, click Quick Links.
- Select + Add Quick Link.
- The screen name will now appear at the top of your Quick Links list.
Delete a Quick Link
- Navigate to the screen you want to remove.
- Click Quick Links in the top menu.
- Select Remove from Quick Links.
- The screen will be removed immediately from your list.
FAQ/Troubleshooting:
Q: Why can’t I add certain screens to Quick Links?
A: Some screens, including most Details pages, are restricted and cannot be added.
Q: Can I reorder my Quick Links?
A: Not currently. New links always appear at the top.
Q: Will Quick Links sync across devices?
A: Quick Links follow your account and should be available anywhere you log in.
