Minimized Workload Manager Setting

This article explains how to use the Collapse All by Default setting in the Workload Manager view. This new configuration allows users to load the Workload Manager with all team and supervisor groupings collapsed by default, making it easier to manage large volumes of data. How It Works:
Verify Permissions
Ensure the user’s group has the following permissions to access and configure the Work Summary:
View Workload Manager
Configure Workload Manager Options
Log In and Access Workload Manager
Log in with a company user account that has the required permissions.
Navigate to Workload > Workload Manager.
You should see the current Workload Manager view displaying all teams expanded by default.
Open Workload Configuration Manager
Go to Workload > Workload Configuration Manager.
Enable the Collapse Setting
In the Options section, locate the checkbox labeled Collapse all by default.
Check the box to enable it.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Confirm the New View
Return to Workload Manager. The view will now load with all groups collapsed by default.
Things to Know- Before using or configuring this setting, the following permissions must be granted to the user’s group:
