Minimized Workload Manager Setting

Purpose/Overview

This article explains how to use the Collapse All by Default setting in the Workload Manager view. This new configuration allows users to load the Workload Manager with all team and supervisor groupings collapsed by default, making it easier to manage large volumes of data. By following the steps provided, users can streamline their view and improve navigation within the Workload Manager.

Key Benefits/Use Cases

  • Faster Load Times: By collapsing all supervisor and folder groupings by default, the Workload Manager loads more quickly, especially for organizations managing large volumes of data.
  • Improved Navigation: Users can quickly locate and expand only the supervisors or folders they need, reducing screen clutter and improving focus.
  • User-Specific Customization: Each user can configure their view, allowing for a more personalized and efficient experience based on individual workflow preferences.
  • Reduced Visual Overload: Collapsed views present a cleaner interface, making it easier to interpret and manage assignments or workloads at a glance.
