More detailed information can be found in the Online Help Guide

The Map Layer feature provides the ability to import custom ESRI map layers, of various file types, into the UtiliSphere maps. You can then select or deselect your custom map layers, using the Layer Picker tool on the map, to display or hide them.

Under Administration>General>Map Layers

Select the layers on the grid- in this example Border Crossings (National)

*Authentication Tokens may be required- check with your internal IT for assistance

If you are not using a public URL for your GIS server/Map layers, the Utilisphere application does use authentication tokens

  • Tokens must be issues for 365 days
  • Additional Firewall and or VPN permissions or other access must be addressed by your internal IT team or ESRI support team.  Utilisphere is not able to provide any support of your internal protocols or terms for ESRI.
